@fanf it's linked from the main Special:Preferences view (it used to be even more prominent but too many people kept accidentally clicking on it)

@fanf https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences/reset (or whichever language Wikipedia you're on); note that there are also global preferences that override the local ones (and also have a reset button)
