The way LLMs are hollowing out so many people, turning them into strange little characters in a twisted fictional mindscape barely tethered to the wider world of the real, may perhaps be the worst side effect of this technology cycle.
I'm not saying you are twisted if you rely on LLMs. What I'm saying is that if your mind isn't already very strong and you lack a vibrant inner life and IRL support network, *you are at risk.* It may not be a matter of if, but when.
And that is truly frightening.
