@energisch_ I mean right now Putin literally cannot travel as far into Eastern Ukraine as a tour bus will take you for 20 bucks. So I think we can safely say the 30K guys are not the difference between Putin running across Western Europe like Zhukov crushing the Nazis or not doing that.
@AnarchoNinaWrites Do you know that Ramstein is a control center for drone warfare, i.e. in the middle east? US military got a lot of people there. It's also one of the main supply centers for all those wars.

It kinda sounds like you're trying to tell me the US should KEEP 30K guys in a foreign country indefinitely - and I think that's a TERRIBLE plan and I'm ABOUT to tell you to hire your own army. So we could not.

I do hope we will become more independent from US military in the future - all the EU should have their own army. And not at the whims of a nutcase of a president in the USA.
