I've been so busy building Pixelfed and Loops that I didn't realize how overprovisioned and expensive our hosting costs have become.
I've exhausted the Kickstarter funds on hosting, paying our team and myself to work full time on Loops and Pixelfed over the past year.
I could really use your financial support 馃檹

@dansup can you not make a pay tier for pixelfed and loops, I already donate to pixelfed, maybe if we have the option on the apps maybe it's a way to get revenue to keep the bills in check.
@PMFL Yeah, I'm thinking about adding some perks to incentivize recurring pledges (like access to special features, badges and more)
@dansup I tink it's the best way I pay a few bucks every year I know it's not much but I would pay more in app purchases or something like that, don't want you and your team to be broke, and I tink it's a easy way to us to support one of the only services that respect it's users.
Until I can I will always support pixelfed, it's my digital life photo memory and I want it to keep it like that, but conviniance goes a long way to make you get more revenue.
