@SimonCHulse @futuresprog not this though. This is part of Auckland Council's Climate fund, intended to develop young climate leaders.
But there might be something similar where you live?
They (aged 14-20) all came with ideas to develop and are getting a grand total of 18 thousand dollars to make their projects a reality.
You would honestly DREAM of seeing anything close to this level of resourcefulness, commitment, ingenuity and, frankly, sheer excitement anywhere in the halls of power.
