Of course I purchased black garlic from the potato festival. It was Millie from Gardening Australia selling it.

Tonight is baked potatoes
Quarter the raw potatoes but don鈥檛 cut all the way through, they should just fall open. Seasonings* in the small cross gap, bit of butter on top of the gap, wrap in aluminium foil, stick in oven for like an hour.
* chicken salt? Black garlic salt? Salt and pepper? Chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder? Whatever you want.
