I love information like this. Thanks for sharing. I learned from the article that ancient Roman soldiers also suffered from giardia, so now I feel greater kinship with our ancestors. That is one hardy parasite. It’s kind of impressive. I got my giarda from the local water in St. Petersburg, Russia in the 90’s.
