OK, I am very concerned that my back and/or the nerves in and around it are having problems due to the fact I can barely move most of the time and have become so sedentary against my will, so I'm gonna try and walk the dogs today as the Naproxen seems to be easing at least some of the pain / inflammation / chronic illness bullshit.

well I survived walking but that is about the size of it...
Definitely need a lie down to let the pain and fatigue ease a bit and recover the ability to breathe
