@tchambers @etp @BashStKid It happens randomly. I suspect it’s most likely to happen right after we publish something, because the WordPress server is federated and has to dispatch everything out in the background to like 2,000+ followers.

Our WordPress integration has a long-standing content negotiation issue. We’ve never quite cracked it, but if you navigate to the link again, it should render correctly.
@deadsuperhero @etp @tchambers Wordpress needs to serve it's content with a Vary: Accept HTTP header so that caches (like cloudflare) know to serve a different page when browsers request it vs when ActivityPub servers request it.
I wrestled with this on PieFed a lot.
