If Pinterest aren't already partnered with thousands of data harvesting partners and have an opt-out menu where they say 'legitimate Pinterest', they are absolutely missing a trick

Harvesting, absolutely. Opt-out? Not likely. One of the reasons I block Pinterest at the DNS level.
