After some time I managed to build an implementation of RemoteStorage in Dart, not quite what you'd release as a library but good enough for personal use. Currently it works well enough to power around 5 apps I built in Flutter, one even in Swift with a quick swift implementation I built.
It was a pretty exciting experience building these, as there is a performance, reliability and UI/UX improvement in comparison to the PWA's I've been building.
