1/ Today, we filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board over @ProPublica management’s unilateral implementation of an AI policy without first bargaining with our union. Of note, the policy provides no job protections to our members.

@propublicaguild I can't believe I'm saying this about ProPublica, but if things go poorly for you in negotiations, you could quit en masse and form your own union worker co-op.

@RnDanger @propublicaguild Few people are aware it's an option. But, there are other journalism co-ops out there: @Defector, @404mediaco, and, most recently, the re-launched Gourmet magazine.
