They got back a template answer that points to #DMA Article 6 (4) saying that Google would be allowed to take "necessary and proportionate measures". Yet you should remind them that Preamble 50 paragraph 5 clearly states that "The gatekeeper should be prevented from implementing such measures as a default setting or as pre-installation."' which is exactly what they intend to do from September. #IANAL
