my friend has been trying to teach me toki pona, and I'm interested in learning it, but it's so hard when so few speak it. I'd really like more chances to use it and learn, is there anyone else who knows it or is learning and would be willing to teach me and/or have a conversation?

well, through the bridge but close enough! I once posted about mastodon having a toki pona language option for posting and they just...found me and followed me and I was like "huh!?"
