Ok, #apple2 #retrocomputing people of the fediverse, I need some help.

If any of you has a few minutes and an Apple II SCSI card (picture attached), I'd like some help to buzz out a connection.

You'll notice a ceramic disc capacitor, C7, near U2B (74LS08).
In the schematics I have, that cap is not present. I'd appreciate the following:

1. Value of the cap (or whatever is written on top)
2. Buzz out the connections: I guess one leg goes to GND, what about the other?
