Good on my workplace, which after detecting 2 confirmed covid cases, and a potential third one, has immediately communicated to the whole workforce, mandated work from home for the affected team and given the rest of us optional extra work-from-home days as well. (We're a hybrid workplace anyway but a few days a week are supposed to be in office)
In effect, declaring a mini quarantine to allow for any other potential cases to come up before they risk everyone else.
Not perfect, but significantly better than the average and at least aware that some of us still take this virus very seriously.
