Hmm… I was checking #zed website and found it quite visualy pleasing and it struck me! you know what? it's not fucking extremely ROUND! It's mostly square with only very subtle rounding here and there!

@wojtek Zed is cool, I ditched VSCode for it and never looked back. Reminds me of Sublime because it can be just an editor and not a fucking ad for Microslop’s services
@iamkonstantin it is cool but I'm still mosty using BBEdit (out of habit from the ancient times decade ago 😉 but Zed is developing nicely.
However, they are VC funded and recent push to more "AI' is somewhat alarming / annoying…
@wojtek it has a very easy “ai off” setting that shuts it all off 😊 but yeah, one needs to be vigilant these days 😅
BBEdit … I tried it so many times in the past but always ended up back to Sublime. It’s fun how these tools tend to stick with one for so many years
@iamkonstantin I know about the button, but it doesn't shuts off the offort on the Zed dev team part ;)
