I know of a very nicely converted 30-ish metre Dutch barge going cheap (zone 2 London mooring spot not included but rental agreement transferable) if anyone knows of anyone looking to buy?
(The conversion was done by the previous owners and is sound. Current owners are clueless.)

@mlanger I don’t think it’s up anywhere yet but as an American who immigrated to the uk, there’s no point buying unless you have a valid uk visa and can buy in cash, because marine mortgages aren’t available to foreigners not on the electoral roll.
