@jeffjarvis Highly recomnend the Strict Scrutiny podcast on this. The SCOTUS 6 care about tariffs because they and their “emotional support billionaires” are losing $. And if they give Trump a “loss” on tariffs, that buys them a little bit of BS goodwill to eviscerate our rights even more than they already have (see: Voting Rights Act, transgender rights).

@jeffjarvis The Post has this beautiful habit of trying to manifest the world via wishful reporting. I recall how late summer of 2015 they declared Trump's race for the presidency finished
