@urlyman Enjoyed this examination of how we think, and perhaps should think about the current crises. Shoring up existing systems is what comes naturally to politicians and senior public servants. As "Yes Minister" comically demonstrated, no politician wants to do anything "courageous" (new/ different/forward thinking). This leaves the task to others. And there will come a point where we have to push government very hard.
This is so so so good.
