Why is the Artemis test called a "wet" dress rehearsal?

During my time in the messaging trenches, we tried to avoid the adjective "wet." In cop novels, "wet work" is, uh, wet. As a parent, "wet" is hardly ever good. Three letters, one short syllable, but it packs a lot of baggage.

@mikeolson "wet" filled with fluids, ie. fuel, oil, etc … means weights and loads will be to spec for test, also in NASA cases much higher risk by charging fuel system and unloading it post-test, etc

@mikeolson wet in this case means the fuel, oxidizer, and other liquids are loaded.
