@otfrom I was thinking about agile/TDD (I read your convo) but I think it applies broadly including static typing and agentic coding.

@cford true, but we do need to think about the trade offs and the consequences. It isn't as if we can just duck the question.
(I'm still disappointed that we didn't go from self organising teams to anarcho-syndicalism, but that is probably a different topic)
