Are you sure that this is not a hardware issue? Moreover, did you try a different desktop environment?
@devSJR No, I am not sure. It's a new computer. Never used it with a different distro .
Since it's used for work, it would be a lot of work to change the OS again 🙈
@mfuhrmann OK, you do not need to change the OS if you change the desktop environment. In particular, with CachyOS you have this fancy snappy thingy to revert any change.
You could also try to start with Xorg vs. Wayland session.
You could also try to test with an external USB keyboard if it behaves the same.

But yes, both ideas are easy to test. Even if I would like to avoid Xorg (I was SUPER happy to see, that there is a Slack-Wayland package that fixes the screenshare issue).
