Fasting didn't just change my life: it saved it! ⚖️

Easter weekend 2021, I was hospitalized for acute pancreatitis. That's when we found out I was an asymptomatic type 2 diabetic.

By using a medical fast and staying disciplined, I healed my pancreatitis naturally. Within 3 months, I stopped all insulin injections and have been in remission ever since!

I participated in Ramadan since 2023. I'm not Muslim, but I fast for solidarity and because I value this discipline. To me, fasting is a shared frequency of peace. It is how I move from Force to Power.

Fasting gives my system a chance to repair. It is a deep act of self-respect. Whether you fast for faith, health, or solidarity, I wish you clarity. 🐈‍⬛✨

Salt Support: Add a pinch of high-quality sea salt to your last glass of water. This helps your body hold onto minerals while you fast.

System Scan: Before bed, do a 5-minute body scan. Check for tension in your jaw or shoulders. Release it so your nervous system starts the fast in a state of "Rest and Repair."
