Edit: Ah, it appears that interactionPolicy is meant for post-level objects, not actors. We will create our own extension for this.
I have reached out to the GotoSocial team to see if we can leverage their interactionPolicy namespace for Loops Starter Kits, if not, we can make our own 😎

Our featured collections FEP contains specification for consent-based Starter Packs already, did you read it?
