This Apple attitude is a bit insulting and elitist. One would thought that developers that pay you deserve a little better care, but it's Apple after all.
@angel I've read it's probably an "automated rejection" because something was missing. Sure, I didn't provide credentials to test the app. In this case, I can understand it but...please, tell me, otherwise we're all wasting time.

@emilianosandri exactly. Sure, I understand that I should (probably) have provided a way to test the app with some credentials - but tell me the reason why you rejected it - after waiting for two entire days...
Now, I provided some credentials and *I HOPE* they'll accept it or, at least, tell me why it has been rejected.
