Switching to EU alternatives is a right choice.
However, it should be down thoroughly, otherwise the EU one still relies on US tech.
For instance, French AI leader Mistral AI ( @MistralAI ) uses Cloudflare.
So when Cloudflare got broken last year, Mistral became unavailable too, let alone Cloudflare serves as the man-in-the-middle, can see unencrypted traffic.
