When I was a kid, someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said I wanted to be a doctor because I assumed that's just what the "gifted" kids do, but luckily my dad quickly interjected and reminded me that I can't even look at a papercut without feeling sick, so I decided to major in computer science so I could try to avoid paper as much as possible.

Okay …. But did you ever have to deal with dot matrix printers and the reams of continuous-feed paper?
@reverendref I did! My mom actually had one well into the '90s and I actually used the feeder side strips with the holes to make fake concert wristbands so my friend and I could "sneak" onto the main floor.
I thought I was so clever back in the day but now I realize the security guard probably just didn't care.
