@TheBreadmonkey I know it’s not great for anyone when some doctors barely prepare for it, but I hope we’re in a better place. My workplace did a seminar but it was posited as being for women, when a couple of men afterward said “actually, all of us should have done this too”. So I’m asking if they’re doing another one. Our upper management isn’t super empathetic 😕

@TheBreadmonkey Serious question here as I’m acutely aware this will affect me within the next few years (and I’m terrified tbh) - have you found any resources to help you help her through this? Or anything useful that’s helped you understand it? Have you found any help together? I want to put this in front of my other half so he’s prepared too. I know from friends that it’s pretty isolating to go through menopause/peri menopause while being seen as ‘just angry’ or whatever.
