More on the Palestine Action proscription judgement in the High Court yesterday. Following on from Mark Elliott's analysis (just re-posted) here is @davidallengreen take on the issue, focusing on the over-reach by both the previous & this Govt.
As DAG points out, while the Govt. will likely throw everything at the appeal, this is a high risk stagey likely to prompt further political humiliation.
