@beka_valentine I have a couple of like $8/each tart pans/tins that we've lost the stainless round insert for, and I'm hoping to cut my own replacements rather than abandoning them or continuing to use Ball jar lids, so...
I can talk myself into a lot of manual fiddling, but it's in a weird economic spot.
