@thejapantimes this makes me sad. Canals can be a really valuable solution to so much of climate change.
The whole country is failing due to lack of maintenance. The #ukgovernment for at least the last rwenty-five years has concentrated on pretentious vanity schemes that make bosses rich and the people poor, and the country as a whole cannot afford them.
