You can make a very, very long list of all the things Musk has promised and not delivered on. He has promised fully autonomous Teslas within a year every year for the past decade. He also promised a Mars colony by now. Oh, and the Las Vegas Loop is already supposed to be shuttling passengers to dozens of stations around the city using autonomous pods traveling at >100 mph. He needs to justify SpaceX buying xAI, and space AI data centers are the excuse he's come up with.

The moon also could be used as a global threat, against all states.
