This survey aims to establish the Minimum Information about Xenobiotics-Microbiome Biotransformation (MIX-MB) reporting standards. As we move toward an era of AI-driven discovery, the structural and functional data linking chemicals to microbial communities must be FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable), open, and metadata-rich. Goals: 1. Collecting expert opinions from researchers in microbiome mediated biotransformation of chemical compounds. 2. Defining mandatory and optional metadata for experiments, microbes, chemicals and bioactivity. Your feedback will define the important fields for the global community.
