@sebastiaan sounds exciting! what's the book about?
The tagline is Love and intrigue in a world reshaped by genetic engineering 🦠🩸🧠 ❤️ It's essentially a sci-fi crime romance set in a biotech company. It's not really a book though. Just a long story that (for now) I distribute on a small scale through handmade paperbacks.
@sebastiaan oh wow, I didn't realize that in the OP there's a press(?) that you're using for your handmade paperbacks! Very cool. I have only in the last month discovered the world of indie (romance) authors and am pleasantly amazed at how well they're doing despite competition from trad publishers.
Your story plot sounds fun. Curious to know if there's a specific reason why you're not distributing your work in e-book format?
I mainly just like the idea of the booklets only being available as handmade paperbacks. I'm not opposed to other forms of publishing. But then I want to do that properly, not self-publishing through Amazon or something similar. I probably wouldn't sell much anyway and I don't like their on-demand print quality. I'm exploring the options! 🧐
