Corporate marketing propaganda for the clueless masses
1 Old hardware : 2019 i7 Dell
Keep throwing stuff by the trash for the rest of us who compute successfully with 15yo hw.
2 Linux fault because "consumer" chose wifi without published firmware, or at least not yet since it is only 7y old
3 Efi problem, on crappy fully automated Ubuntu? Because Dell-MS had your esp formatted as NTFS and you couldn't bother reading even 1 page of installation instructions
@jbz I have no idea who you are, but OOTB productive solutions that "magically" work under the hood, makes years and years of effort, engineering, sweat and blood opaque to you, as consumer.
This kind of OS that makes ready-to-use bloated non-sense that you have an entire department of engineering "developing" something for a simple section of it, is the worst retarded thing one would expect from a Linux distribution or a linux user, idk if the one from the article is you or someone else, but this article will lower your intelligence and make your hands full of arthrosis.
All that is written is written by ignorance, if you don't know your OS and your tools, then stick to OOTB fully-working Windows or use mac; mac has both, good software, good hardware and an additional good OS, what it has not is privacy or freedom.
As expected, this imbecile has 18 years of experience worth of shit. A wired article (like it is some sort of social validation for him saying retarded things) and is idiot..
¿Y vos, te haces llamar un ingeniero de software? ¿Podrias revelar tu postura sobre el asunto? Saludos desde el infierno (Argentina)
@jbz "I tried one of the worst distros available, and am judging all of Linux based on that."
Clown shoes.
