If you live in the U.S.and don’t already speak Spanish, simply learning to speak some, even just a bit, is now an anti-fascist act.

@heidilifeldman I started learning Spanish 40 years ago.I can also read/speak some German ... although it's heavily influenced from the Wisconser Deutsch my grandfather spoke (and is sadly, now a dead language by all accounts). I can read some French. I am now very slowly teaching myself Welsh.

@heidilifeldman Learning anything about anything other than one's own backyard is. That's why I'm such a fan of the ERASMUS program in the EU. Constantly subverting the youth and indoctrinating them against shooting at other people across the what used to be a border... The media will fuck fascism prevention up every time, but try to rile up kids against their exchange families and friends and see where that gets you. These programs are where all defense money should go.
