I'm working on a somewhat lengthy #punk oral history zine and this is the first time while working on a zine of this nature that I'm convinced that fewer ppl than ever will be interested in it bc ppl don't read print as much, and the long-form podcast interview format has taken over punk storytelling. Add to that the hyper local focus of the #zine, and this project feels more niche than ever. I guess that's always been the nature of punk zines and I just forgot because ppl like Shotgun so much.
