Jury refused to convict the Elbit / Palestine Action defendants!!!
In August 2024, these sweethearts broke into the facilities of Elbit Systems an Israeli arms maker in the UK and rekt their shit! Jury Nullification, baby! They've got it in the UK (to be fair, we got it from them).
The LABOUR government overcharged them and declared their organization, Palestine Action, a domestic terrorist organization. Unlike in the US, this designation has meaning under UK law. You cannot say "I support Palestine Action" in the UK without risking fines/jail time.
The Labour government has proposed limiting access to jury trials for crimes that have a maximum penalty of fewer than 3 years in prison. (Because there is no one left in the Labour Party who is not a soulless bootlicker or an outright Fascist.)
