Can everyone please stop with the AI generated profile pics?
It's absolute slop and it's killing the environment.
If you want a profile pic that's grossly exaggerated and looks nothing like you, I'd be happy to draw a bad caricature for free.

Several sites say mine was AI created. Never knew my wife was AI. Wonder if I can talk her out of some dram.
She used the Watcom tablet I bought her to upgrade the Nerb picture I previously used.
Of course the same sites when I downloaded and tested yours said it was AI. So I suspect they think humans can't draw. If it is more than a simple stick figure it must be AI.

May I add that it could mean the person, like me, is not tech savy and does not yet know how tovrecognize AI images? That telling folx how to recognize it would help more people avoid it?
I HATE AI and avoid any way I know how. Still learning though.
I want a pic of a bear sleeping in winter, and a bear dreaming of fighting multiple bad shit/enemies. I don't want to use pic from phone cuz embedded data. How source free if AI and identifying data?

There are tons of amazing artists who want to draw avatars of all kinds just for people who want profile pics!
(But I still love the hot dog idea. I think it's the next Simpsons character trend.)
I guarantee that my profile pic was human photographed at an actual light house made by humans.

Many won't care and run them anyway on openai.
And it's nott talking on some software generating them even when you don't ask.

My profile picture is a hight resolution scan from a 120 film negative and then scaled to within a millimeter of being indecipherable.
Which is a bonus to be honest 😁
