I don't know what happened to me, but I went from being one of those people who hates frosted cookies to someone who actively seeks them out. Today I bought a cookie shaped like a football covered in crunchy sugar glaze. Apparently it's a reference to some sort of festive event and it tasted delicious.

@annaleen Once every so often I'll be in the supermarket wnd unable to resist the temptation to buy one of those giant chocolate chip cookies with half a pound of frosting on top. I always regret it afterwards but that doesn't help the next time.

It's a celebration of a dish where you make a cut in a lemon, stuff it, then stitch it back up with thread and roast it to a nice brown color.
I hear they're delicious.
