I remember when O'Reilly was the best shop for programming books ever. You could buy them DRM-free on their store. Now all they sell is a subscription (and an occasional Humble Bundle).

@davidgerard @kimcrawley I was pondering getting a subscription, but last time I checked, it was like $40+/mo (pretty much for any plan). That's a price of a new O'Reilly book, every month. I don't go through programming books that fast.
