When I look into my overview, I have *one* line for CNAME and beneath MX with identical entries.
Do I have to split "yourdomain" and "holos.social" into those two lines?
The entries in the two TXT lines look very different from what you posted.
And what would I have to type instead of "=abc123"?

The app gives you the exact values to copy-paste into your DNS configuration. Just go to Settings > Custom Domain, add your domain, and the app will show you precisely which records to create (the TXT record with your unique token, and the CNAME pointing to holos.social). You don't need to touch your existing MX records, those are for email and are unrelated.
