@admin The web page that contains a link to the file was last updated in November.
The file that page links to was updated yesterday. The file itself is always the latest version.
This page may be more helpful to determine update date: https://about.iftas.org/iftas-dni-latest/
And I'll think about ways to have the parent page show an update if the file link is updated. This is all manual, nothing automated.

Weird... it was showing up as a JSON a minute ago. Okay, no worries, it's working as a web page now!
@FediThing @thibaultmol this is a known issue with WordPress using the ActivityPub plugin sometimes showing JSON, it usually clears after a while.
