@TheBreadmonkey Cows like to make new friends but they are a) VERY large, b) not blessed with great eyesight, and c) prone to moving suddenly when startled. The usual problem is folks letting dogs wander about off lead. Cows come to say hello, the Yorkshire terrier goes bananas and the cows inevitably stand on it. The owner tries to intervene and is suddenly faced with 15 tons of panicked beef. Either that or they are hungry for blood.

@TheBreadmonkey Have you ever played that game where you get in a field with a bunch of cows and jump on the cow pat to see if it's fresh or old? If it's old, you win and on to the next. If it's fresh, you lose and get poop on your feet.
