Consumer credit question:
When you dispute an obviously fraudulent transaction does the card issuer usually insist you nevertheless make a payment on your account? My recollection is (from years ago) βnoβ. But I have a disputed transaction and Monzo are insisting I make a payment and that a dispute can last like 3 months, and I have to treat it as legit even though it clearly isnβt. Also they keep replying me like Iβm a child and all their replies sound like AI. Very disappointing.
