And so why does Labour feel happy about constraining jury trials... well, look what happens when Palestine Action defendants are judged by a ;jury of their peers' - not guilty, or no verdict(s) result.

The joy of the jury system is it can deliver verdicts the state really doesn't want... which is why its valuable, and why Labour is happy to see it constrained (for other reasons).
