We didn't have a rule for this on #GardenStateSocial but I'm making it official on our server rules.
We will not allow accounts for companies that are not based in New Jersey.
I was already blocking account that signed up for this purpose. When you ban them and allow the email notification to be send they often auto respond claiming to have followed all the rules. So now there is a clear rule.
