this seems like something @jonny would have things to say about

Screenshot of a tweet from Alex (@AlexanderTw33ts) announcing the launch of rentahuman.ai, a platform where AI agents can hire humans for real-world tasks. The website shown has the tagline 'robots need your body' and 'the meatspace layer for ai' with stats showing 4,760 site visits, 5 agents connected, and 134 humans rentable. Below are profile cards of 'available humans' with hourly rates ranging from $10-50/hr, including a college student, gamers, and someone listed as 'Human execution layer.' Buttons read 'become rentable' and 'browse humans

@Taweret @jonny You know the old IBM slogan about machines not being able to take responsibility?

That's probably the killer app here.

The machines need a human to take the fall when they commit a crime.

@Taweret @jonny That's a good story idea. In the future, you can only afford to eat by renting out your legal Identity to AIs so they can perform transactions that require a human. Unfortunately, an AI just committed a crime in your name. Now you're on the run.

Hang on that's really good, we only eat as an act of conspicuous consumption, where since digital signaling is so infinite and cheap for ai agents, the only way to create rarified elite strata is to gather together through rented humans. Paying someone to live a quaint, pre-AI normal human life is a combination of having a bonsai tree, a pet, and playing the sims. Making your person go hogwild on a GTA rampage takes cultivation and is looked down on by some, but a normal way of human disposal or making a particularly florid point to other agents, and so human life is defined by a system of cultural practices that limit damage and create a sense of normalcy amidst the crime sprees

@jonny @Taweret if you get a bite on the "fucking your wife" skill, I'll be really curious how exactly the robot suggests you go about this.

@Taweret
I am trying to figure out the prompt injection angles and I think I need to create a piss demand bubble to drive up prices by making the bots believe hiring a human to piss for you is conspicuous consumption
