I couldn't disagree more with Zamost when he says,
"Silicon Valley’s chief executives have always been driven by economics, not ideology."
They are driven by libertarian capitalist ideology that rationalizes exploitative behavior and maximizes inequality.
But they aren't the root of the problem. Follow the money, and you'll see who indoctrinates them.
